Everything you need to know before your first session at BurnZone — locations, timings, fees, free trials and how beginners get started across our Malleshwaram and Rajajinagar centres.

Where is BurnZone located?
BurnZone has two centres in Bengaluru. Malleshwaram is at No 5/1, 13th Cross, 8th Main Rd, Bengaluru 560003 — near Manipal Hospital and YLG (+91 93800 59796). Rajajinagar is at No. 431, 1st Main Rd, 1st N Block, Dr Rajkumar Rd, Bengaluru 560010 — near Orion Mall (+91 80882 10247). You can train at either centre.
Is parking available?
Yes. Both centres have designated two-wheeler parking, plus limited street parking for four-wheelers nearby. If you're driving a car, it helps to arrive a little early at peak hours.
What are your timings?
We're open Monday to Saturday, 5 AM to 10 PM, and on Sundays 7 to 11 AM and 4 to 8 PM. Slots can vary slightly by centre, so call your branch for the exact timings.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — your first class is free. Walk in or book ahead via WhatsApp or the form on our contact page, and a coach will take you through a real session on the floor.
How much is membership?
We keep it flexible — monthly, quarterly and annual options, plus personal-training and 60-day transformation packages. Pricing is tailored to your goal and the plan you choose, so book a free assessment and we'll give you a clear quote.
I'm a beginner — where do I start?
Right here. A coach walks you through the basics, sets safe starting weights and builds a simple plan you can stick to — no prior gym experience needed. Book a free class and we'll take it from there.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes — 1-on-1 personal coaching built entirely around your goal, with a dedicated coach, a tailored plan and the accountability to actually follow it.
Do you have group classes / Zumba?
Yes — we run high-energy group sessions and Zumba alongside our strength training, so you can mix cardio, conditioning and community into your week.
What is the 60-Day Transformation?
It's our signature programme — structured training, a simple nutrition plan and weekly check-ins over 60 days, engineered for measurable fat loss and muscle. We track progress and adjust until you hit the goal.
What should I bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, a pair of training shoes, a towel and a water bottle. That's it — we'll handle the rest.
